Crystal Velasquez

Crystal Velasquez is the author of four books in the Maya & Miguel series: My Twin Brother/My Twin Sister, Neighborhood Friends, The Valentine Machine, and Paint the Town. Her first two books in the Your Life, but . . .  series, Your Life, but Better! and Your Life, but Cooler!, are available from Delacorte Press. She holds a bachelor’s degree in creative writing from Pennsylvania State University and is a graduate of the New York University Summer Publishing Institute.
