T.T. Liang
In addition to T’ai Chi, Master T. T. Liang studied Shaolin, Ch’in-na, Praying Mantis, and various sword, broadsword, and staff arts. Although his primary interest was in T’ai Chi as a way to achieve health and peace of mind, Master Liang also stressed the importance of knowing the “practical use” of T’ai Chi to attain one’s full development in the art. Master Liang taught in the United States for some twelve years, in New York, New Hampshire, and Boston. He passed away in 2001.
