David Kirschen is the Director of Personal Training and Strength Coach at New York’s EVF Performance gyms. He has 15+ years of personal training, coaching, education, and club management experience at Asphalt Green, Equinox, Cando Fitness, and American Leisure. David earned a BS in Physical Education from SUNY Cortland, and is a respected presenter and coach for a number of professional training seminars along the East Coast, including elitefts.com’s Learn to Train series. He is an active professional powerlifter and recently earned the runner-up spot at the XPC Championships at the 2013 Arnold Classic.

William Smith
William Smith, MS,NSCA-CSCS, MEPD, completed his B.S. in exercise science at Western Michigan University followed by a master’s degree at St. John’s University. While at St. John’s Will was the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning. In addition to his many years working in fitness, Will is a published author of 7 books, with 5 new books scheduled for publication in 2015-2016. Will has been featured on NBC, Canyon Ranch and the World Spinning Conference. Will is currently works for New Jersey’s #1 Rated hospital implementing and supporting Employer-Based medical and wellness initiatives for companies of all sizes and industry.
