A young girl dreams of a normal life, away from the chaos and paparazzi that surround her movie star mother.

It’s summer on Martha’s Vineyard and Grace can’t believe her luck—she’s about to start an average beach vacation in a place where no one knows who she is. But how long can that last when you’re the fifteen-year-old daughter of a movie star? Grace can’t stand her red-carpet lifestyle—she’s tutored on movie sets instead of going to school, she has pen pals instead of actual friends, and she lives in hotels instead of a regular home. She would trade it all for a normal existence in a heartbeat.

But Grace quickly realizes this trip to the Vineyard isn’t just another vacation. Her secretive mother has decided it’s time to reveal the family history to Grace—including the identity of Grace’s father, which she’s never known. Excited to finally know the truth about who she is and furious that she’s had to wait so long to find out, Grace decides she can’t put up with her mother’s fumbling explanations. So she sets out to find the facts on her own.

But are the answers she’s looking for really on Martha’s Vineyard? Or will they prove a little harder to find?
