Tom Finnegan Ph.D.
A former record-holding athlete in his own right, Tom Finnegan, PhD, was the winningest basketball coach in Washington College history. In 1990, he led his team to the NCAA Final Four. He has twice been the recipient of the Middle Atlantic Conference Coach of the Year, and in 2016 he was inducted into the MAC Hall of Fame. He coauthored The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Coaching Youth Basketball with sports author Bill Gutman.
