She has also presented several food programs and been a contributor to The Times. She is now living in North Carolina, giving her a unique insight into the cuisines of two continents.

Fiona Hunter
Fiona Hunter is a food writer and nutritionist with more than 30 years’ experience. With a degree in nutrition and a postgraduate diploma in dietetics, she began her career as a dietician in the NHS before going on to write for magazines such as Good Housekeeping, Health and Fitness, and BBC Good Food, as well as making many appearances on television and radio. She is the coauthor of several books, including 101 Fantastic GI Recipes, The Natural Menopause Cookbook, and DK’s The Diabetes Cooking Book.
