TORI WESSZER is a registered dietitian, entrepreneur, and storyteller with a passion for helping women bring more joy and ease into their kitchens. She is the founder and CEO of Fraîche, which includes Fraîche Living, her lifestyle platform dedicated to food, home, and family, and Fraîche Table, her signature online meal-planning service designed to take the stress out of everyday cooking. Tori is also the co-author of the #1 bestselling cookbooks Fraiche Food, Full Hearts and Fraiche Food, Fuller Hearts. Known for her approachable recipes and her belief that food is love, Tori has inspired a community of women to gather, cook, and live with more beauty and simplicity.
