Have your best friends suddenly become your worst enemies? Is your family driving you crazy? What’s up with your body, not to mention your mood? And school? Puh-lease.
Dr. Michael Bennett and Sarah Bennett are here to help you navigate the suckiness of life. And who better to help you than this father-daughter team who know a thing or two about the crap that everyone experiences in their lives? While the Bennetts don’t sugarcoat the fact that life is, was, and always will be unfair, they are experts at explaining how to shrug off a lot of the things you can’t control.
So whether you’re dealing with fake friends, parents who think they are cool, classmates who are tormenting you, or a body that has a mind of its own, the Bennetts explain that rather than trying to solve everything that is giving you grief, just manage what you can.
Life Sucks will help you unsuck some of the suckiness of life.
