Hoy estoy… Alegre es un libro de la serie «Hoy estoy…», una colección de cuentos para trabajar las emociones con los más pequeños.

Una historia sencilla, dulce y tierna para ayudar a nuestros hijos a fomentar, sentir y disfrutar de la ALEGRÍA.

La alegría es esa emoción placentera e inspiradora que nos aporta gozo, risa, bienestar satisfacción y, en ocasiones, alivio. Es esa emoción que todos queremos sentir y que, por supuesto, queremos que sientan nuestros hijos.

Los niños la experimentan al jugar, al reencontrarse con los amigos, ante un viaje que les ilusiona, cuando sacan una buena nota o reciben un regalo, aunque también pueden sentirla si se aplaza un examen que no han preparado o si se libran de una tarea que no les apetece hacer.

Joy is that pleasant, inspiring emotion that provides us enjoyment, laughter, well-being, satisfaction, and sometimes, relief. It is this emotion that we all want to feel and which, of course, we want our children to feel.

Children feel this way while playing, when meeting with friends, before an exciting excursion, when they get a good grade, or receive a gift, although they can also feel it if a test for which they are unprepared gets postponed, or if they are freed from a chore they don’t feel like doing.

Joy encourages physical activity, generates attachment in young minds, facilitates spontaneity, urges them to share, and is incredibly contagious. It can be so intense that even children can cry from happiness.With it, we adults can receive a lot of information about their well-being.
