No desarrollo mucho el nudo en sí, dado que es un pensamiento limitante, claro de entender, sino que pongo el énfasis en una idea para poder pensar de otra manera, ver el problema desde otro ángulo y así «desanudarnos».

In this book, dear friend, I will analyze the thirty most frequent knots that we all have had, have, or will have at some point in our lives. I don’t develop the knot itself much, given that it is a limiting thought, easy to understand, but I put emphasis on an idea to be able to think in a different way, see the problem from another angle, and in this way ‘untie ourselves.’
