Jean Jeffrey Gietzen is a poet and essayist whose work has appeared in McCall’s, Reader’s Digest, Catholic Digest, A Second Chicken Soup for the Woman’s Soul, and Multnomah’s Stories for the Heart series. She is the author of A People Set Apart and Questions and Answers for Catechists. She is a mother of three and grandmother of four who lives in Tucson, Arizona.
