If you’re hoping to be reminded that you should be grateful and happy, then this is not the book for you. This book is here to help you sink deeper into your bad mood and ask some questions. How did you get here? What does it mean? What’s the most effective cure for a total loss of perspective?
If you’re in such a bad mood that even opening this book seems hard, then please feel free to punch it a few times first, or you could use it to wipe your tears. No rush. You’ll be received with open arms whenever you’re ready.
