Modesto Andújar arrives in Cádiz from Jerez de la Frontera to study Commerce, although his vocation is politics. In his search for what remains of Cádiz de las Cortes, home of the 1812 Constitution, he will run into Alonso Guzmán, a troublemaker that seeks to flee from his past.
