1.   If you were given the chance to see a vision of your true purpose in life, how much would you let what you saw affect your life? Would you allow the vision to guide your choices? Why or why not?

2.   Emmie’s To-Do List changes as the story progresses. How does the list reflect her personal growth?

3.   Emmie is torn between her own dreams and desires, and her sense of responsibility to her family, the fudge shop, and her vision of the future. How do the themes of responsibility and dreams play out in the story?
