CHUCK HUGHES is the co-owner and executive chef of Montréal hot-spot Garde Manger. He is the bestselling author of Garde Manger and Chuck’s Day Off, and the host of several television shows including Chuck’s Day Off, Chuck’s Week Off, Chuck’s Eat the Street, À couteaux tirés, Le monde selon Chuck, Chuck & Danny’s Road Trip, Bienvenue chez Chuck, and most recently, Chuck and The First Peoples’ Kitchen. Chuck defeated Iron Chef Bobby Flay in the battle of Canadian lobster and starred in The Next Iron Chef: Super Chefs. He lives in Montréal with his partner, Sabrina, and two sons, Charlie and Henri.
