Jess Higgins Kelley, MNT, ONC, is an internationally recognized and award-winning journalist, nutrition therapist, and pioneering metabolic health educator. She is the founder and director of the Oncology Nutrition Institute (ONI) based in Maine, USA. ONI has provided certification and training programs in metabolic oncology nutrition therapy and lifestyle medicine to thousands of practitioners and members of the public worldwide since 2017. She is also a licensed sea captain, ski guide, outdoor survival expert, and former Hurricane Island Outward Bound instructor.Jess earned an undergraduate degree in journalism from Western Colorado University and completed the nutrition therapist master program at the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, Colorado.
