Nineteen-year-old Rian Chance has always been good at solving puzzles. Along with his best friend and inventor, Elsie, Rian spends his days in their shared San Francisco home office deliberating over clues and patterns. Even with the success of his business, Lost Founders, Rian feels stuck, unsure how he really should be spending his life.
