Alli Cavanagh is classically trained for Levels I through V in the Joseph Pilates Method through Body Precision Pilates, a member of The Pilates Method Alliance. She is also a 200-hour yoga teacher, as well as a Reiki Master and certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher. Alli’s approach to movement is a mind, body, soul experience that creates alignment and challenges boundaries. Following her Pilates certification in 2020, she honed a unique fusion of meditation and Pilates, combining the contemporary and classical with yogic philosophy. In June 2024, she opened In Flow Studio, a brick-and-mortar location in Philadelphia, offering Pilates, yoga, and other forms of movement and meditation.
