Anne Wallace es la mejor pianista del mundo, pero también es una mujer excéntrica e impredecible. Ann Wallace is the best pianist in the world, but also an excentric and unpredictable woman. Famous for her sublime intelligence and her taste for age-old things, she plays a piano specifically made for her, with all the keys painted black. She often plays in the rain, in these stormy afternoons that strike the Basque coast near her home.

A POLICE INVESTIGATION FILLED WITH RIDDLES

Right after receiving the Prince of Asturias Award, Anne is at a cocktail party in a luxury hotel with the other laureates. It is there that a bomb explosion—something inexplicable in a closed venue with high security measures—will ignite a complicated investigation in which Anne—just as special and just as mysterious—will become the main suspect… and the only one able to help the clever Inspector Bieda find the truth.
