In this elevated and timeless meditation on love and loss and love again, two rabbits share the sweet, familiar life of a parent and child. First steps and birthday cakes, story time and playtime and pencil lines marching up a doorframe. All too soon, the little rabbit isn’t little anymore.

There are happy years as peers, then caretaking again, but this time with the roles reversed. Then the hard part, the goodbye. But loss is not the end of the story, it never is; a new baby comes along, and love is new all over again.
