Now a humorous Netflix anime series!
First moved by lust, then by love, an ancient vampire learns to care for others and respect the family that he works his “day job” for.
An unassuming worker in a long-established public bathhouse is really the lustful 450-year-old vampire Ranmaru Mori—who has his heart and fangs set on the heir to the esteemed bathhouse, young Rihito Tatsuno. With new friends and deceptive, old enemies now converging, Ranmaru is possibly juggling more than he can handle, as he also gets closer to Rihito! Will some shared baths and shared meals lead to friendship . . . and possibly more? Will a long-standing foe finally strike while Ranmaru is so distracted?
This odd, hilarious, boys love manga series from seinen mangaka Hiromasa Okujima has been adapted into a Japanese anime series and a live-action film! Translated by Kumar Sivasubramanian (I Am a Hero, Blade of the Immortal) and lettered by Eisner Award-nominated Steve Dutro (The Fifth Beatle, Eden: It’s an Endless World!).
