The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ greatest villain has the power of an international military agency under his command in order to protect the Earth from outside threats…but who will protect the earth from Shredder?
The Shredder perfectly executed a coup of the Earth Protection Force…along with a few of the E.P.F.’s leaders. Now in control of one of the largest military forces on the planet, he has taken the safety of the world onto his blade-covered shoulders. However, running a legitimate force this big requires not only steely resolve and deadly cunning, but also diplomacy and humility. Can Shredder keep his killer instincts at bay long enough to save the world from the many forces out for its destruction?
