Carolyn and Bill Emerson have always dreamed of owning the building where Carolyn’s paint-your-own pottery business is located in picturesque Maple Ridge, Vermont. So when building inspector Charlie Cobb gives them a hard time, Carolyn’s husband Bill loses it.
