As someone from Gen Z, there’s so much pressure to have the perfect job, side hustle, and life plan by 25. This book helped me feel more grounded and reminded me that success, discovering your dreams, and developing new skills or talents doesn’t have a deadline.

I know everyone has been talking about this one, but I read it last summer and still can’t stop thinking about it. I’m always drawn to books and shows that explore relationships over time, and this one does it so beautifully. It’s about friendship, creativity, love, and all the messy in-between moments. I’m not even a gamer, but the story still managed to pull me in, it’s emotional, funny, and just so well written.

Oh, the Places You’ll Go!
by Dr. Seuss
Okay, I know it sounds cheesy, and maybe I’m very biased because I work on marketing Dr. Seuss books, but Oh, the Places You’ll Go! honestly hits harder the older you get. My nana gave it to me when I graduated high school, and now I reread it at the end of every year like it’s a ritual. It genuinely lifts my mood and helps me reflect on where I want to go next.
