About the Author
ADELAIDE HOLL (1910-2002) spent much of her career working with children—as a teacher, an educational consultant, and an editor, as well as a writer of magazine, newpaper, and educational journal articles, plus poetry and children’s books. She also wrote Sylvester, the Mouse with the Musical Ear for Golden Books.
