Camilla Wynne is a pastry chef, preserving teacher, founder of Preservation Society, and author of Preservation Society Home Preserves. She has been a pastry professional for nearly two decades and is one of Canada’s only Master Preservers gaining certification from the Institute for Agricultural Technology in Liberty, NY. She has worked at Les Chèvres, Laloux, and Anise in Montreal, the Drake Hotel properties in Toronto, and has staged with culinary icons like Christophe Michalak at the Plaza Athénée in Paris and Sam Mason at wd~50 in New York City.
