Geneviève Steele

The Birth House is Geneviève Steele’s first foray into the world of voice acting, though she is no stranger to the acting world. During a summer gig at Two Planks and a Passion Theatre, Geneviève had the pleasure of meeting Ami McKay and becoming familiar with the towns of Canning and Scott’s Bay where the novel is set. In another life, Geneviève worked with the CBC on radio dramas including Clean Sweep, Peggy Delaney as well as The Candyman for Between the Covers. She lives with her husband, musician Ian Sherwood in Darthmouth, Nova Scotia.
