Fred Siggins
Fred Siggins is a drinks writer, bartender and spirits expert based in Melbourne, Australia. A 25-year veteran of the hospitality and drinks industry, Fred has worked as a venue manager, brand executive and educator, and was part of the team at cocktail institution The Black Pearl that brought home several major international awards during his time as a bartender there. Fred’s writing on spirits, cocktails and bar culture can be found in various national and international publications including T Magazine Australia, Punch, Halliday’s Wine Companion and Boothby, and he is also a co-owner of award-winning Melbourne cocktail and whiskey bar Goodwater.
