Jacob Escobedo

Jacob Escobedo is an Atlanta-based designer and illustrator who has been with Cartoon Network & Adult Swim since 1999—and as SVP of Creative has played a lead role in each brand’s ever-changing visual aesthetic. He leads the internal creative team to push the limits with nontraditional experiential marketing and On-Air campaigns while championing outlandish ideas throughout his career there. On the side, he pursues his own passion projects and is the man behind a number of iconic album covers, including Broken Bells, DangerDoom, and The Shins. In recent years he’s directed animated music videos for Post Malone and Helado Negro. You might’ve even seen his illustration work in The New Yorker and the The New York Times. His varied body of work speaks to his versatility and vast experience.
