You might dream about dragons or tigers or ghosts.
And the next night, you’re sailing to a faraway coast!
You might zoom past the planets until the earth looks so small . . .
or create your own universe and fly through it all.
Inspired by conversations James had with his daughters, this rhyming picture book invites readers on a journey through the magical and mysterious worlds we enter each night, exploring dreams in all their emotional color—from the silly and surreal to the frightening and profound.
With mesmerizing art printed with special hot-pink ink, this is a truly immersive and gift-worthy celebration of dreams as powerful, imaginative stories that help kids understand their feelings, fears, and inner lives.
A forthcoming original lullaby composed and performed by James Mercer will offer a soothing, dreamlike soundtrack to pair with the story. And at the back, dream journal prompts invite kids to reflect on their own nighttime adventures—making this a book they’ll return to again and again.
