Suzanne Martin is a dancer, exercise instructor, Pilates teacher, and physical therapist. Throughout her very active 25-year career, Suzanne struggled with minor scoliosis. Her life experiences led her to become a back workout expert, and she has written exercise books to help others improve their own quality of life, including 15 Minute Better Back Workout and Stretching.
