Lisa Tawn Bergren is the author of over seventy books, with more than 6 million copies sold. Her work includes children’s books, YA novels, historical and contemporary fiction, women’s nonfiction, and gift books. Lisa lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with her husband, Tim, and near their three children and a growing group of little grandchildren.

Laura J. Bryant studied painting, printmaking, and sculpture at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore. She has illustrated numerous award-winning children’s books, including God Gave Us You, Smudge Bunny, and If You Were My Baby. Laura lives in Asheville, North Carolina.
