Your career is more than a job. Your creativity is more than expression. Your calling is more than identity.
“The Commission is a timely message that offers a better way: placing our gifts, creativity, work, and influence under the leadership of Jesus.”—Zach Meerkreebs, pastor and author of Lower: Igniting Spiritual Awakening Through Radical Humility
Messages like “Follow your dreams,” “Trust your instincts,” and “Do what you love” promise fulfillment and freedom but leave us feeling depleted, restless, or hollow. Beneath the striving lives a profound truth: We were never meant to lead ourselves. We were meant to appoint God as our CEO—to be shaped by Him, led by Him, and drawn into a mission far greater than anything we could build on our own.
In The Commission, Chauncéa takes you on a journey through ten commandments that send you through a process of surrender, formation, and activation—preparing you to step into greater influence, stewardship, and responsibility. She offers personal stories, biblical wisdom, and practical challenges, inviting you to
• recognize Jesus as the true leader of your life and work
• clarify your Kingdom assignment within your gifts, talents, and skill sets
• see how spiritual gifts and practical abilities function together in God’s design
• embrace seasons of hidden preparation, refinement, and cultivation
• develop God-led rhythms that support both short-term and long-term vision
When God is the CEO of your life, you become a reflection of Him in every meeting, conversation, and sphere of society. His presence, wisdom, and love go before you, with you, and behind you to transform division into convergence, ordinary into extraordinary, and work into witness.
