The Complete Idiot's Guide to Success as a Property Manager

Melissa Prandi is the president of PRANDI Property Management, Inc., and has more than 30 years of experience in property management. Dedicated to fair and equal housing, Prandi was the director of fair housing in Marin for more than five years. Currently, she is a member of several community and nonprofit boards, including the Central Advisory Board for Bank of Marin and the Hospice by the Bay Foundation. Prandi is the coauthor of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Success as a Property Manager.
