THE LAWS OF HISTORY by Yuval Noah Harari will be published globally by Penguin Random House on September 21, 2027, it was announced on September 30, 2026, by Penguin Random House Global CEO Nihar Malaviya. Random House, an imprint of the Random House Publishing Group, will publish in the U.S. in hardcover and ebook.

September 17, 2026Crown to Publish Former President George W. Bush’s THE CALL OF FREEDOM
Crown, an imprint of the Crown Publishing Group, announced today that it will publish a new book by George W. Bush, the forty-third president of the United States, entitled THE CALL OF FREEDOM: Portraits of Political Prisoners and Dissidents on March 9, 2027.

September 11, 2026There’s a Book for That: 9/11, 25 Years Later
Today marks the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. September 11th, 2001 saw the deadliest terrorist attacks ever on American soil when two commercial airplanes were hijacked and flown into the World Trade Center in New York City by members of Islamic extremist group al-Qaeda. A third plane hit the Pentagon outside of Washington, D.C., and a fourth plane was taken back by the passengers and flown into a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

August 20, 2026Penguin Press to Publish Charles Spencer’s SWAN SONG, the Story of His Sister Diana, Princess of Wales
Charles Spencer will publish SWAN SONG: Diana, My Sister which tells the story of his sister Diana’s life from a brother’s perspective, with Penguin Press, a division of Penguin Random House. President & Publisher Scott Moyers acquired North American rights from Penguin UK. Penguin Michael Joseph will publish in the UK and the book will be published globally around the world and translated into 12 languages. U.S. publication is slated for September 22, 2026.
